Responsibilities As a Technical Systems Administrator, you will: Manage operations, administration, and continuous development of the organization's most business-critical systems. Ensure seamless information flows and stable integrations across the system landscape. Control and optimize configurations, technical parameters, and access structures. Lead and structure releases, system upgrades, and change management initiatives. Proactively troubleshoot, analyze, and manage incidents and complex issues. Coordinate and follow up on collaboration with external vendors and partners. Own the technical documentation and ensure sustainable lifecycle management for solutions. Serve as the Swedish contact point for data protection matters, lead local data protection efforts, and drive collaboration with the group's global data protection team. Contribute to digital development projects that strengthen the organization's overall ecosystem. About the Client: The client is a large and committed educational organization operating preschools, primary schools, and adapted primary schools. About the Assignment and Employment: This is a staffing recruitment. Qualifications We are looking for you with: Solid background in technical systems or application administration, preferably related to SaaS-based business systems. Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows. Good insight into identity and access management. Practical experience with vendor management, requirements management, and understanding of how data protection and GDPR apply from a systems perspective. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Desirable Competencies: Experience with administrative systems in schools or preschools. Experience from complex organizations with large user bases and extensive information flows.
