About the Role You will become part of the team that manages and develops our charging stations and customer relationships in the Nordic region. We solve problems that arise at our or customers' charging stations but also work proactively with improvements that prevent problems before they impact customers. It's not uncommon for completely new situations to arise where you'll work on problem-solving independently while we care about supporting each other and sharing both knowledge and setbacks and successes. In the role you will become a technical expert for our products and services with the customer in focus. Your work tasks will include: Handle incoming cases in the form of reported problems at our charging stations. Gather data and situation analyses and troubleshoot and diagnose problems to identify and drive through solutions. Maintain close dialogue with hardware manufacturers and service technician providers needed to address situations on-site, for example. Feed back recurring and systematic problems to the responsible parts of the organization for continuous improvement of our operations. Document and close resolved cases. Job Requirements We are looking for you with experience in customer support and work with electrical systems. If you have worked with charging stations, that's a great plus, but experience with for example battery systems, transformer stations, street lighting, or similar customer-facing electrical systems is also relevant. You also need to master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Desirable Qualifications: A large part of the role involves independently managing contact with suppliers, so it's advantageous if you have experience managing similar external collaborations and dialogues. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a professional manner and communication style with confidence to handle different types of dialogues. You take ownership of your work, work independently and ensure that you follow up and drive the work all the way to completion.
