Technical Support with Claims Responsibility
Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others? ATV Sweden continues to grow and we now need to strengthen our technical support team with an additional team member.
We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest, preferably with experience from the vehicle industry or related fields.
About ATV Sweden
ATV Sweden was founded in 2002 and operates in the ATV, marine products, and electric vehicle sectors. We represent several well-known brands, including CFMOTO, GOES, Alloycraft, Talaria, Kayo, and Black Wolf.
The company has 36 employees and operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Poland. Our headquarters and our 11,000 m² warehouse are located in Ljungby.
About the Position
As technical support, you will be part of a team of six people and work primarily with technical questions and claims handling for our resellers.
The role involves problem-solving, ongoing contact with resellers, colleagues, and suppliers, as well as responsibility for handling your cases in a structured and efficient manner.
You work independently but with an experienced team around you. Decision-making processes are short and there are good opportunities to influence and develop both your own work and our working methods.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Experience from the vehicle industry, workshop, technical support, or similar is a merit.
You are organized, responsible, and able to prioritize when multiple cases need to be handled simultaneously. Since the role involves considerable contact with others, you also need to communicate clearly and have a natural sense of service.
Experience with claims or warranty matters is a merit, but we place great emphasis on technical understanding, problem-solving ability, and the right attitude.
You have fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
What We Offer
An independent and varied role in a growing company with strong brands, short decision-making processes, and good opportunities to develop with the company.
Start: As soon as possible, by agreement
Scope: Full-time, 100%
Location: Ljungby
