Right now, we are looking for a full-time technical customer coordinator in Gothenburg at Gothenburg Energy. In this customer service unit, you will work as a technical customer coordinator. The work tasks are varied, and we receive all kinds of technical support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include: • Receiving and handling fault reports • Troubleshooting • Scheduling appointments • Technical support within our various product areas The role involves being able to answer general questions about the company's products/services via phone and internal case management systems. This means you will handle, resolve, and take responsibility for customer cases with the goal of ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction. Start: Immediately Working hours: 3-shift schedule, work shifts can be scheduled on weekdays and weekends. Working hours vary between day, evening, and night shifts. Who are you? No technical background is required to succeed in this position. We have the expertise and will provide you with extensive training. What you do need to be is curious! At our technical support unit, you will learn many exciting things about both customer handling and power networks. We are looking for someone who: • Works well with others • Is comfortable taking initiative, improvising, and prioritizing • Has a natural customer focus and wants to complete your cases with a satisfied customer as the result • Has a three-year upper secondary education or equivalent It is advantageous if you: • Have previously worked with customer handling, such as technical support, customer service, or other service roles with strong customer focus In addition, you must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English, and have very good computer skills and experience with various software systems. If you also master a third language in addition to Swedish and English, that is an advantage. Working hours may vary; we are open 24/7 year-round. Three-shift work is applicable for this position, and on-call duty may occur. This position may be filled before the application deadline.
