Your Role In Technical Support, you'll be responsible for providing qualified support in radiant heating and hot water systems to our customers and partners in the plumbing and heating industry. You'll be an important technical specialist who helps customers find the right solutions, solve technical problems, and ensure our products are used in the best possible way. Contact will primarily be via phone, email, and digital meetings, but you'll also meet customers and partners in the field when needed. Your Main Responsibilities In this role, you'll among other things: - Create quotations for radiant heating systems based on customers' drawing specifications. - Design and prepare construction drawings in AutoCAD. - Provide technical advice to installers, distributors, and consultants. - Troubleshoot and solve technical issues. - Support customers with control and regulation technology as well as room temperature control. - Interpret drawings, technical documentation, and assembly instructions. - Handle complaints and technical investigations. - Collaborate with sales and other internal departments to ensure the best possible customer experience. - Participate in customer meetings and site visits when needed. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: High school education with a focus on plumbing and heating or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience as a plumbing installer or from technical support in the plumbing and heating industry. Good knowledge of industry regulations, pressure drop, flow calculations, and control technology. Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation. Ability to provide technical advice and support to different types of customers. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Category B driver's license. It's advantageous if you have experience with AutoCAD and design of radiant heating systems.
