Bergholm Fritidsfordon AB was founded in 1992 in Kristinehamn and is today one of Sweden's largest importers of caravans and motorhomes. With a well-stocked spare parts inventory and a fully equipped service workshop, we are a leading player in the recreational vehicle industry. In March 2026, we took the next step and were listed on Spotlight Stock Market. With a strengthened financial platform, we are now expanding into a new market – and we are looking for a person who can both drive our aftermarket concept forward in the new market and provide support to our Swedish operations. In your role as technical support and warranty administrator, you will be responsible for technical support and handling of warranty cases. You will be a technical hub for both our retailers and the organization internally, and you will have a central role in developing and strengthening our aftermarket offering. Your main responsibilities • Technical support internally and externally, with a focus on problem-solving • Handling of warranty cases • Responsibility for and be driving force in implementing courses and training, both internally and for our retailers • Participate in trade shows and represent Bergholm's aftermarket concept • Travel may occur, primarily in Norway and Sweden but occasionally also in Germany and Italy.
