Your tasks As a Technical Support specialist, you will
Provide technical support to installers, service partners, and customers.
Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems while ensuring professional customer service.
Perform troubleshooting, service, and technical actions on-site at customer locations when needed.
Handle warranty cases and service operations for exhaust air heat pumps and related products.
Your profile We are looking for someone who
Has a genuine technical interest and enjoys combining problem-solving with service.
Experience troubleshooting technical systems.
Desirable knowledge in heat pumps, ventilation, and heating and energy systems.
Class B driver's license, good computer skills, and strong proficiency in Swedish and English are required.
Desirable experience with technical support, service teams, control systems, or technical training/presentations.
Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, or hydronic heating systems is an advantage.
