Your role as a technical specialist With us, you get to use your expertise where it matters. As a client specialist, you are the one who drives the client area forward. With your specialized knowledge, you take initiatives for improvements, test new solutions, and ensure that the client area develops continuously in line with operational needs and technical possibilities. You have the holistic perspective required to move from idea to implementation. In the role, you work with, among other things: Driving development initiatives within the client platform, from idea to implementation Modernizing and further developing the client environment with a focus on security, stability, and user experience Contributing to technical decisions and long-term development within the client area Documenting solutions and planning lifecycle management to ensure long-term quality Your profile We believe that to thrive and succeed in this role, you are structured and self-driven, with a strong drive to develop technology, working methods, and operations. You have the experience and confidence to independently drive complex issues forward, while knowing that the best solutions are rarely created alone. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience developing, managing, and operating client platforms in larger organizations Several years of experience developing and managing digital workplaces with focus on user experience, security, and quality Very strong expertise in Windows client operating systems Very strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) Experience with Group Policy management Experience with scripting and automation, for example PowerShell Experience with lifecycle management, packaging, and distribution of clients and applications Good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: Experience with macOS and Linux We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
