As an energy technical specialist, you'll use your technical expertise and analytical skills to transform energy goals into concrete and long-term sustainable solutions in our community properties. You're needed as Linköping develops As an energy technical specialist at Lejonfastigheter, you'll primarily work with analyzing energy consumption, identifying efficiency opportunities, and translating these into concrete and financially justified measures. The role belongs to Lejonfastigheter's technical unit, a driven team of eight colleagues with expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, controls, fire safety, technical information management, and energy. You'll also collaborate extensively with other colleagues at Lejonfastigheter. Here you'll have the opportunity and space to be innovative and think creatively within the framework of our mission and goals. You'll have significant responsibility and drive your work forward. In your role, you'll be an important link between energy analysis, technical solutions, and implementation, with the opportunity to make a concrete difference for Lejonfastigheter's energy performance and long-term energy goals. You'll primarily work with: Energy mapping: Collect and analyze energy data, conduct site visits, and assess buildings' energy consumption regarding heating, cooling, hot water, and facility electricity. Action proposals and profitability assessment: Identify improvement opportunities in building envelopes and installations, and develop profitability calculations and prioritized action packages for each property, such as additional insulation, heat pumps, or solar panels. Technical advice and regulatory requirements: Provide expertise on existing buildings and construction projects, and help ensure compliance with relevant requirements under the Planning and Building Act (PBL) and other regulations. Optimization and follow-up: Analyze energy statistics and measurements together with our energy strategist, and monitor completed measures and their energy impact. Teamwork: Energy-related coordination work is conducted as a team, where you primarily provide internal support but also collaborate with our operations partners. We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in energy, such as an energy engineer from a vocational college, university, or equivalent. You have approximately 5–7 years of work experience in the construction, installation, or property sector, with at least three years in the energy field and in similar tasks. You have experience with energy analyses, energy calculations, profitability assessments, and energy efficiency measures, and you're familiar with energy calculation software and LCC calculation tools. It's advantageous if you have experience with energy monitoring systems, such as Vitec and SCADA systems like iFIX. Knowledge of ABT 06 and ABK 09 is also advantageous and will help you understand and manage the contractual conditions in various projects and assignments. To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy driving issues through from analysis and calculation to implementation and follow-up. You're motivated by identifying energy-efficient measures and assessing their technical and economic potential, and you appreciate seeing your analyses translated into concrete improvements in our properties. You work in a structured manner and are a good administrator with the ability to manage both details and the bigger picture. As a person, you're analytical, solution-oriented, and take initiative. You appreciate working independently and taking responsibility, while also enjoying close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and other partners. The role involves many contact points and varied tasks, both at the office and in our properties. Therefore, it's important that you're flexible, communicative, and have a talent for building good relationships. You have a class B driver's license and are comfortable moving between different work environments and properties.
