In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers and technical specialists to create clear and user-friendly documentation for complex products and systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Writer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation that is delivered to customers worldwide. This includes, among other things:
• Operator manuals
• Repair and maintenance handbooks
• Technical customer documentation
• Instructions and training materials for end users
In this role, you work closely with analysts, project managers, and ultimately customers. You work to gather, analyze, and structure technical information to ensure that the documentation maintains high quality and is informative for end users. This is the role for you if you thrive in a technical environment and have a strong ability to transform complex technical information into informative documentation.
Your Profile:
Must-have requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in technical documentation
• Strong ability to understand and grasp complex technical products and systems
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Meticulous, organized, and have a strong interest in technology
Meritorious qualifications
• Experience with Simplified Technical English (STE)
• Knowledge of the S1000D specification
• Experience from technically complex operations such as industry, defense, aviation, automotive, or manufacturing
