Technical Coordinator in Solar Energy at PrioSolar

PrioSolar is now seeking a self-driven and committed technical coordinator who wants to be part of developing our operations within solar energy, energy storage, and electrical installations.
About the Role
As a technical coordinator, you will be an important link between our customers, installers, electricians, suppliers, and partners. You are responsible for ensuring that technical issues are handled structurally and that our projects maintain high quality from planning through completed installation.
Your responsibilities may include:
providing technical support to electricians and solar panel installers
troubleshooting solar installations, inverters, battery systems, and communication solutions
handling and following up on service and warranty matters
maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers' technical support
reviewing drawings, string diagrams, and technical documentation
documenting completed work and technical solutions
planning and coordinating service visits
contributing to the development of company procedures, quality assurance, and technical working methods
Work is performed both from the office and at our installations as needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, solution-oriented, and confident in taking responsibility. You enjoy working in a structured manner and have the ability to drive technical matters from start to finish.
You are communicative and can explain technical issues in a clear and professional way, both to customers and colleagues.
We would like to see that you have:
experience with solar installations, electrical work, or similar technical work
knowledge of inverters, battery storage, and monitoring systems
experience with troubleshooting and technical support
good computer skills and the ability to work in various digital systems
good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
B-class driver's license
Electrical training or experience as an electrician is a merit, but the most important thing is that you have the right technical understanding, drive, and willingness to develop.
