Job Description We are now seeking a technical sales representative who wants to work with advanced solutions for the defense industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing business with customers in defense and security, in close collaboration with technical specialists and international colleagues. The work is long-term and relationship-based and encompasses the entire sales process – from needs analysis and technical discussions to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. You will work with complex and often customized solutions where technical understanding and business acumen are essential. The role involves close contact with both Swedish and international customers as well as internal development and delivery teams. Travel is part of the position. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: - Experience in technical sales, preferably in the defense, security, or industrial sector - Good technical understanding and ability to grasp complex systems and solutions - Ability to build long-term relationships at senior levels - Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - A structured, self-directed, and business-oriented work approach It is advantageous if you have: - Experience working with defense authorities or the defense industry - Background in systems development, testing, simulation, or similar technical areas - Understanding of procurement processes in the public sector As a person, you are trustworthy, analytical, and thrive in a role where technology meets business.
