About the Role
As a technical sales representative, you'll work in a role where technology meets business. You'll drive the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to a completed agreement – and work both strategically and operatively to identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships. You'll understand the customer's needs, both through your own analysis and through incoming inquiries, and develop solution proposals that combine technology, layout, cost estimates, and quotes. Through dialogue with the customer, you'll guide them toward the right solution, present your proposal, and negotiate the deal. Once the agreement is in place, you'll continue as an important link in our internal project organization, which takes the work forward.
The work is based at our office in Tibro and is combined with customer visits throughout Sweden as well as in parts of the Nordic region and Europe.
Your Profile
This role suits you if you thrive in an environment where technology and business go hand in hand and where you have ample opportunity to build relationships, impact results, and drive development. You're communicative, engaged, and confident in meeting different types of customers. At the same time, you have strong technical expertise and a creative ability to see opportunities and transform customer needs into concrete solutions.
We believe you have an engineering background and experience with technical sales at the systems level within automation or special machinery. You express yourself well in English and have a B driving license.
If you also have experience in machine design or robot programming, that's a valuable merit.
