In the market segment for finishing chainsaw chains and saw blades for timber contractors, Samsons already holds a strong position today, but we want to continue developing together with our employees. Samsons Blidsberg is one of four geographically distributed units that together within the Samsons group collect and deliver sharpened chains to forest Sweden from southern Norrland in Sundsvall/Östersund down to northeastern Scania. Samsons Blidsberg primarily covers our southwestern market area serving our main target group of forest machinery contractors. Through our store in Blidsberg, we also serve a broader customer base with consumables for machinery/agriculture/forestry companies, etc. We also have our own hydraulic hose workshop and perform on-site chain sharpening. About the position As a sales representative with us, you will be a key person for our business customers in forest machinery contracting. In this role, you'll have special responsibility for one of our most important service flows: contact, logistics, and distribution of chain sharpening to our business customers. Your main tasks will be: Chain sharpening logistics: Manage the flow, contact, and distribution of sharpened chains and other goods to and from our forest machinery customers. Sales and advice: Help our customers find the right products through our store, email, and phone. Customer relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing contractors. Order handling: Create quotes, register orders, and follow up on deliveries in our business system. Store maintenance: Ensure our professional and forestry range in store and warehouse meets customer expectations. Chain sharpening and hydraulic hose manufacturing: As needed and time permits, you will also perform this on-site. Who are we looking for? Organized coordinator: You are well-organized with the ability to manage logistics chains so the right customer gets the right equipment on time. Technical understanding: You have an interest in mechanics and machinery. Experience with forestry, forest machinery, and chain sharpening is a plus. Relationship builder: You speak the contractors' language, have high service awareness, and understand the importance of fast and reliable support. Driven and independent: You thrive taking ownership of your processes and work well even during intense days. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in sales, logistics management, hardware retail, or technical support. Language: Good Swedish skills in both speaking and writing.
