Technical Sales Engineer in Security – Stockholm As a Technical Sales Engineer in Security at Tidomat AB, you will play a key role in the company's continued growth within access control systems and burglar alarms. You will work with sales, training, and technical support of Tidomat products for resellers and end customers, including municipalities, regions, government agencies, and to some extent the private sector. The role is broad and combines technical expertise, relationship building, and business acumen. You will be an important link between customers, resellers, and internal functions such as development and product management. Work takes place both on-site at customers and from the office in Årsta, Stockholm. Responsibilities In this role, you will work with: Sales of Tidomat hardware and software for access control systems and burglar alarms. Contract management related to sales and follow-up. Identifying and developing existing and new business areas and their opportunities. Technical advice and support to resellers and end customers. System design and development of technical documentation. Planning and delivery of technical product training. Presentation of product updates, news, and application areas. Participation in customer meetings, trade shows, seminars, and industry events. Development of training materials and presentation materials. Collaboration with product managers and development teams. To succeed in this role, you have: Documented work experience with access control systems and burglar alarms. 5 years of experience in technical sales, product training, and/or technical support. Technical education or several years (at least 5 years) of technical work experience in the industry. Good presentation skills and pedagogical ability. Experience working closely with customers and building long-term relationships. Basic understanding of system design and technical solutions. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Interest in and willingness to further your education with the training provided. Category B driver's license. A criminal record check with no remarks. Meritorious Experience with Tidomat products. Design knowledge of locks and security systems. Certification as a qualified intrusion engineer.
