About the Role As a senior installation manager, you will work as a consultant at Structor Installation Technology on assignments with industrial clients, where you are responsible for the installation component of larger projects. You lead the assignment from start to finish and are responsible for: • Early stages and design • Planning, budget, and coordination • Managing contractors and installation during the execution phase • Ongoing client dialogue and monitoring through to final delivery The role involves clear client responsibility, where you are the client's primary contact person for installation matters. You combine a strategic overall perspective with operational engagement in project execution and thrive in the consulting role where you represent Structor with the client. About You We are looking for someone who is senior, confident, and experienced in taking responsibility in complex industrial projects. You have several years of experience with installations (e.g., electrical, piping systems, ventilation) in industrial projects and have worked in roles such as client representative, technical manager, project manager, installation manager, or project lead. We would like to see that you have: • A degree in civil engineering or engineering in installation technology, or equivalent competence through extensive and relevant professional experience • Approximately 8–15 years of experience from industrial projects • Experience from consulting firms, industrial companies, and/or contracting • Experience leading others and taking overall responsibility for time, budget, and delivery • The ability to interface with clients and build long-term relationships • Very good language skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external collaborations As a person, you are business-minded, unpretentious, and possess natural leadership. You are a strong communicator, thrive in the role of coordinator and driving force, and prefer to lead and bring others together rather than being a technical specialist yourself.
