About the Company
SeaPattern is now building a new specialist team for a security-critical project. We are looking for engaged employees who want to be part of developing advanced technical solutions where quality, operational reliability, and delivery capability are at the center.

Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager at SeaPattern, you hold a central position where you lead complex R&D and technical projects from planning to implementation. You are responsible for driving projects forward with a focus on structure, quality, and results, while ensuring that timelines, resources, and milestones are monitored and delivered according to plan. The role includes close collaboration with colleagues in development, production, and management, as well as ongoing contact with both internal and external stakeholders. With clear communication and a structured approach, you contribute to efficient projects and high-quality deliveries.
In this role, you will also:
• Lead test programs from planning and production preparation through execution, documentation, and analysis.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Identify and manage risks while ensuring project progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive follow-ups, continuous improvements, and the development of effective working methods.
• Develop documentation and dashboards that create transparency and provide a clear picture of project status.
Your Profile
You are a structured and solution-oriented project manager who thrives driving complex technical projects to completion. You have a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget and can create structure even in environments where conditions change.
You have strong analytical abilities and make decisions based on facts and data. At the same time, you are a skilled communicator who builds trust and gets people to collaborate toward common goals, even without formal personnel responsibility.
As a person, you are curious, unpretentious, and thrive in a fast-paced organization where priorities can shift. You have a genuine interest in technology and stay updated on new digital tools, AI, and other solutions that can improve efficiency and create business value.
Requirements for the Position
• University degree or Master's degree in engineering.
• Several years of experience leading technical or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with hardware development, testing, and verification is a plus.
• Fluent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Our Offering
At SeaPattern, you have the opportunity to work close to the technology while contributing to solutions that strengthen mission-critical functions. We offer a dynamic work environment with competent colleagues, short decision-making paths, and great opportunities to influence both your own development and project success.
