Your role as a Technical Project Manager As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up on technical projects from start to finish. You work closely with development teams, operations, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries. You will be a key person in the project and responsible for coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring that solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards! You will work with, among other things: Leading and coordinating technical projects and initiatives Planning projects, resources, and timelines Managing project budgets and monitoring Ensuring communication between operations and technical teams Identifying and managing risks and dependencies Following up on project progress and reporting status to management and steering committees Contributing to continuous improvements of processes and working methods We hope that you have: Experience in project management within IT, technology, or digitalization Relevant academic education or equivalent experience Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments Very good communication skills in Swedish and English Relevant academic education or equivalent experience About Jefferson Wells At Jefferson Wells, we specialize in talent sourcing for managers and specialists.
