At Eccera, we are now seeking a technical project manager for direct hire with one of our customers in northern Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an operation where technology, security, and societal value are in focus. The role suits you if you enjoy leading complex technical projects, creating structure, and driving deliverables from concept to finished solution.
About the Role
As a technical project manager, you will have a central role in planning, leading, and executing business-critical and operation-critical projects. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful deliveries with high quality, correct functionality, and good profitability.
Your main responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating projects through their full lifecycle – from concept and planning to delivery and follow-up.
Planning project execution, resources, and activities.
Ensuring projects' technical and financial success through ongoing monitoring and coordination.
Coordinating design, development, system integration, testing, and verification.
Communicating project status and progress to customers, management, and technical teams.
Identifying risks and ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
Contributing to documentation and training customers in delivered systems and solutions.
We are Looking for You If You
Have relevant education in IT, technology, or equivalent field.
Have several years of experience leading technical projects.
Have a good understanding of technical systems, IT solutions, and system integration.
Are accustomed to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner in complex project environments.
Are a strong communicator who builds trust and good relationships with customers and colleagues.
Thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business understanding, and leadership.
It is an advantage if you have experience from defense-related operations, security-critical environments, or international projects.
Additional Information
The position involves some travel as part of the work.
The position is classified as security-sensitive, and a security vetting with background check will be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
