Technical Product Manager – Azure, AI, and Business-Focused Digitalization

Do you want to help build the technical foundation for Adda's continued digitalization? Adda is modernizing its IT environment with a focus on integrations, data, automation, APIs, Azure, and new opportunities with AI. We are now looking for a technical product manager who wants to work closely with the business, IT, and vendors to make modern technical solutions work in practice. About the role This is a role for you who has a technical foundation, is curious, structured, and enjoys taking responsibility. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need to be willing to learn new systems, understand connections, follow up on details, and drive issues all the way to completion. As a technical product manager, you will become an important link between the business, product owners, IT function, architecture, and external vendors. You help Adda translate business needs into clear technical requirements, sustainable solutions, and functioning deliveries. The role has a particular focus on Adda's integration and data platform in Azure. This means you work with issues related to APIs, system integrations, master data, information flows, security, automation, and technical management. You will work in teams with architecture and development and therefore need to be able to understand technical reasoning, ask the right questions, document decisions, and ensure that solutions hold together over time. Your responsibilities In the role, you will, among other things: • Drive and follow up on technical issues related to Adda's integration platform, APIs, and Azure-based solutions. • Translate business needs into technical requirements, backlogs, solution proposals, and concrete deliveries. • Coordinate work between product owners, the business, IT, architecture, and external vendors. • Contribute to ensuring that Adda's target architecture, IT policies, and security requirements are followed in practice. • Ensure that integrations and technical solutions are documented, traceable, manageable, and possible to further develop. • Work with information flows and master data between systems such as CRM, ERP, web, PIM, LMS, and other business-critical platforms. • Identify risks, technical debt, dependencies, and obstacles – and drive efforts to address them. • Support the business and product owners in technical decisions, prioritizations, and orders. • Contribute to Adda being able to use data, automation, and AI in a secure, efficient, and value-creating way. We are looking for someone who has • 2-4 years of experience in technical work within a selection of system development, integrations, platforms, system management, technical product management, or similar. • Good technical understanding and ability to see how systems, data, processes, and business needs connect. • Experience with, or clear interest in, Microsoft Azure and modern cloud-based solutions, as well as basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, information flows, and system landscapes. • Ability to create order and clarity, document technical issues, and follow up on deliveries. • Ability to collaborate with both technical specialists and business-oriented roles. • Interest in information security, data protection, access management, and technical quality, as well as a strong drive to learn new things, take responsibility, and help others move forward. • Power Platform and Microsoft's ecosystem. • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a plus if you have knowledge of any of the following: • Azure Integration Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, or similar. • REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, webhooks, or event-driven integration patterns. • Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for planning, documentation, and follow-up. • Master data, data quality, system of record, or information modeling. • Public sector, procurement, orders, or vendor management. • Practical use of AI tools, automation, or data-driven working methods. About you You are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy working independently, but also solving problems together with others. You are not afraid to ask questions, follow up on details, or create solutions when something gets stuck. You thrive in environments where everything is not predefined and where you contribute by creating clarity step by step. You have a good sense of both technology and people. You can talk with developers and vendors about technical issues, but also help the business understand what is possible, reasonable, and important to prioritize.
