About the Position As a quality control specialist, you play an important role in production and are responsible for ensuring that manufactured products and components meet applicable requirements and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with both production and project engineers, and together with a colleague in the same role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining the company's high quality standards. Your work tasks include: Inspect and verify that manufactured parts meet drawing and specification requirements Document and follow up on deviations Ensure that corrections are implemented according to applicable procedures Support production on quality-related issues Contribute to the development and improvement of quality processes Collaborate with project engineers, production, and international colleagues Location: Grums Start: By agreement Who Are You? We are looking for someone with technical education in, for example, industrial technology, electronics, automation, or another relevant field. You may also have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience in technical operations or manufacturing industry. As a person, you need to have a genuine interest in technology and feel comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings. You like working methodically and have a knack for staying organized even when several projects are running in parallel. Since a large part of the work involves inspecting, documenting, and following up on various tasks, we would like you to enjoy documentation work and understand the importance of working according to established procedures and processes. To thrive and succeed in this role, it is important that you are thorough, structured, and quality-conscious. The role involves many contact points within the organization, which means you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is a merit if you have experience in quality work, quality assurance, or work in manufacturing industry, but we also welcome you if you have the right technical background and want to develop further in this field.
