About the Position This is a consulting assignment through August 31, 2027 with strong opportunities for conversion to permanent employment. In this role, you'll initially be employed by Bravura, and BOS Power AB has explicitly expressed its intention to offer you employment with them over time. About the Company BOS Power AB is a leading Nordic provider of solutions within propulsion, backup power, and energy storage. They are authorized distributors for one of the world's largest engine brands and supply products and services to operations where operational reliability is critical. Customers include data centers, healthcare, industry, and marine applications. The Swedish operations are based in Jordbro and currently have approximately 20 employees. Demand is increasing, placing the company in an expansion phase with strong opportunities for continued growth. You'll become part of an operation with short decision paths, high technical expertise, and an important role in mission-critical projects. Your Responsibilities As a technical coordinator, you'll have a central and varied role serving as a link between customers, technicians, warehouse, and other parts of the business. A large part of the work involves handling incoming inquiries about service and spare parts. When a customer contacts BOS Power, you need to be able to understand their needs, identify the correct components, and ensure the order is handled correctly all the way through delivery and execution. To succeed in the role, you need to have technical interest and an understanding of how engines are constructed. You'll work with spare parts catalogs, technical documentation, and coordination of service assignments. The role involves collaboration with colleagues in Sweden and operations in Norway, Denmark, and Finland, giving you many internal and external contacts. Your responsibilities include: - Handle orders and spare parts purchases from customers - Identify and compile the correct spare parts based on technical documentation and spare parts catalogs - Plan and coordinate service assignments with technicians and warehouse staff - Register and follow up on deviations in the company's systems - Provide administrative and operational support to technicians, workshop, and field personnel Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements: - Technical understanding of engines, components, and spare parts - Experience from a technical environment, industry, vehicles, marine operations, or similar - Valid driver's license (Category B) - Excellent Swedish and English proficiency, spoken and written - Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Desirable: - Experience with Visma, IFS, or similar business systems - Experience with order management or service coordination - Experience with customer contact via telephone - Experience working with technical documentation or spare parts management - Experience working in business or ERP systems We believe you're someone who takes responsibility and easily drives your work forward.
