About the Position As a technical coordinator, you'll be the hub between the team, customers, and suppliers. You'll ensure smooth communication, that information reaches the right people, and that processes are followed in a clear and structured manner. You'll work from their great, modern office in Jordbro, with proximity to both colleagues and customers. Your daily work will be varied and rewarding – you will: Coordinate technical questions and projects Follow up on cases, emails, and documentation Serve as a contact person for customers and suppliers Manage purchasing and ordering of materials for the workshop and service personnel Contribute to smooth workflows and provide support to the team We're Looking for You If You Have technical experience and are accustomed to understanding and handling technical matters Have experience in coordination, administration, or project support Are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented Enjoy keeping track of multiple processes simultaneously Have a talent for building good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers Have experience with purchasing or ordering Are experienced in documentation and case follow-up Other Information If you have questions about the position, please contact the responsible recruiter Kristina Maksimovic at [email protected].
