At Nexer in Linköping, we continue to strengthen our successful team – we're now looking for experienced IT project managers with technical understanding and a strong ability to create structure, collaboration, and results in complex assignments. We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in technical IT project management who wants to work closely with our clients on: Leading IT projects from idea to implementation Developing processes, systems, and working methods Driving projects within digitalization, system replacements, cloud migrations, or integrations Supporting clients in change management and improved working practices As a senior project manager, you'll take a central role in our clients' digital transformation. You'll lead strategically important IT and information management projects – from feasibility studies to implementation – and act as a link between client, technical specialists, sales, and delivery organization. You have experience independently driving IT projects, for example within process mapping, system implementation, or business development. We'd like to see that you've worked with established project methodologies such as PPS, Prince2, Scrum, or similar. Experience from the public sector is a major plus. The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and in writing. This is a prerequisite for success in our client interactions and in the team. As a person, you're structured and solution-oriented. You thrive in a central role on projects and have an easy way of building trust. You communicate clearly with different audiences and keep both details and the bigger picture together.
