Technical Inside Sales Representative Aftersales to our office in Gothenburg Roland Carlberg Processystem AB is a company with 15 employees with operations based in Gothenburg and Uppsala. For over 40 years, Roland Carlberg Processystem AB has held the general agency for several world-leading companies within liquid technology and powder technology. Within our product areas, we strive to be our customers' best business partner. We are now expanding our aftersales department from four to five people, and we're looking for an additional skilled team member. The position is located at our office in Gothenburg. Responsibilities Provide customers with technical support and advice, and serve as the knowledgeable and reliable link between customer and supplier. Quote, order, and delivery management. Planning and booking of service assignments. Upselling by recommending complementary products and services. Cultivate and develop strong customer relationships. Travel to both customers and suppliers may occur. Qualifications As a person, you are professional, positive, and have a winning approach. You have a strong interest in customer service and building long-term relationships. You should have a technical education or experience and interest in technical service and customer contact. Experience in technical sales is a plus. You have good English language skills as our supplier contacts are conducted in English.
