Technical Manager/Project Leader for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm
We are seeking an experienced technical manager with project management expertise for a consulting assignment with an established property management company in the Stockholm area.
The assignment involves supporting two major housing cooperatives with ongoing technical projects and regular technical management.
The assignment starts immediately and is estimated to run for approximately six months, possibly until the end of the year. The starting point is a full-time assignment, but part-time can be discussed.
About the Position
You will work independently with technical management and project leadership for two housing cooperatives. The role includes both operational work and strategic coordination of technical projects.
Examples of work tasks:
Monitoring and coordinating facade renovation together with the project manager.
Project management of a major and complex elevator renovation.
Obtaining and evaluating quotes for heat pump replacement.
Ongoing technical management and contact with the cooperatives.
Communication with board members, contractors, and consultants.
Personal Qualities
To thrive in this assignment, you need to be confident, self-directed, and solution-oriented. You are communicative and have a natural ability to build trust when meeting people. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and can communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
You have the ability to switch between long-term property issues and smaller, practical matters that need to be resolved quickly. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and have the ability to drive technical issues and projects forward.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
