Within Regionfastigheter, the Technical Property Management unit is responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and planning technical property management both short and long term. This occurs through planned maintenance and planning of property owner and energy investments. JOB DUTIES Do you want to contribute to sustainable and long-term development of socially important properties? We are now seeking a technical property manager for Hässleholm Hospital and Hässleholm Depot Kärråkra. As a technical property manager, you will have a responsible role where you manage the technical property maintenance of one or more properties within the property portfolio. In this role, you work in a structured and long-term manner with planned maintenance, investments, and monitoring of regulatory requirements. Simultaneously, you actively contribute to developing and improving the organization's working methods and processes. The work is varied and involves you having overall responsibility for your properties - from ensuring that installation databases and property systems are current and complete, to planning, implementing, and following up on maintenance and investment measures. In your daily work, you are also responsible for planning, registering, and conducting regulatory inspections according to applicable requirements. You perform and report on tasks related to property owner responsibilities and are an important part of the organization's development and improvement efforts. The role also involves many contact points, where you collaborate with both internal and external parties, such as authorities, consultants, and customers. This is a role for you who want to combine technical responsibility with development and collaboration. You want to be part of creating vital, well-functioning, and sustainable properties. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have relevant post-secondary education with a technical focus, for example from a university, college, or vocational school in technical property management. Alternatively, you have other education combined with experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have previously worked in the real estate, construction, or industrial sector and bring valuable experience in technical property management or planned maintenance. To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable working in different systems and have good computer skills. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, which enables you to communicate clearly in both documentation and dialogue with various contact parties. Since the work may involve travel within Skåne, a B driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have experience from public sector operations, and if you have previously worked with property management systems and maintenance planning. We also view positively knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspection management, as well as experience with energy and sustainability work. If you have additionally worked with medical gas systems or fire protection work, that is an extra plus. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. Furthermore, you are self-directed and structured, which means you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently.
