About the position As a Technical Property Manager, you work with planning, implementation and follow-up of our maintenance work. The role includes project managing smaller projects, such as maintenance measures and customer customizations. A clear focus is on continuous development where you as Technical Property Manager continuously seek and investigate new technical possibilities. You collaborate closely with the team and support them in technical matters. Your primary area of responsibility is our properties in northern Norrland. You are based in Luleå but are part of the team in the property area North, which is responsible for our properties throughout Norrland. Your main work tasks are: To act as a requirements setter and client for projects and maintenance work. To carry out maintenance inspections and customer customizations, project manage maintenance measures and participate in budget work. To conduct investigations to identify technical systems and products that are critical for efficient property management. To ensure that necessary maintenance is carried out on time and in the best way from a customer perspective. We are constantly working to improve our work methods and routines in property maintenance. All of this in close collaboration with our customers and our internal and external project managers. About you We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in real estate or building technology or someone with experience of similar work tasks. We would like to see that you have many years of professional experience in building technology. To be successful in the role, you have: Good overall technical competence and a genuine interest in working with energy optimization and sustainability issues. Procurement experience and client competence. Experience with installation coordination and project management. Experience working with property-specific programs. Good computer skills. Experience working with energy optimization, sustainability issues and Healthy Buildings is a merit. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your commitment and your drive. Placement The property area spans all of Norrland but your place of work will be in Luleå and travel is included in the position, more specifically to our properties in northern Norrland. Before a possible employment, we conduct a special security assessment where we conduct a security interview and review convictions from Swedish courts. Before employment, we also conduct alcohol and drug tests through our occupational health care.
