As we develop our management, we want to strengthen our expertise in technical property management, energy optimization, and installations. We are now looking for a technical property manager who wants to take an active role in developing the technical management of our residential portfolio. We welcome your application!
Your Assignment
As a technical property manager, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and technical development. You ensure that the properties are functioning well, safe, and cost-effective in daily operations, while working systematically with planning and follow-up.
In this role, you contribute your expertise in technical property management, energy optimization, and installations. The role is operational and close to business with many contact points, where you coordinate daily work in the properties and contribute to a good living environment for our tenants.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance in residential properties
Ensure that technical installations, control systems, and regulatory requirements are met
Work with energy monitoring and contribute to more efficient operations
Coordinate, lead, and motivate property caretakers in daily work
Procure and follow up contractors and service agreements
Establish and monitor budget and forecasts for operations and maintenance
Handle invoices, including review and coding
Manage smaller maintenance projects and handle insurance matters, such as water damage
Conduct apartment inspections and ensure proper documentation
Your Profile

You have a strong interest in property technology and see it as a given that you stay updated on regulations and your expertise. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You are a social and trustworthy person who can collaborate and build good relationships with others such as colleagues, tenants, and suppliers. Through good communication and leadership skills, you lead others in a motivating way.
We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary education in property management, technology, or energy
At least 5 years of experience in technical property management
Experience in residential property management
Experience with budget work and cost monitoring
Experience in work supervision
Good knowledge of operations, maintenance, and technical installations
Good computer skills
Driver's license (category B)
