Do you want to work at the heart of the power grid where structure, technology, and collaboration meet? Documentation is an important part of our socially critical operations, and here you'll have the chance to contribute to the exciting development happening within the power grid.
About the Role
As a technical documentation specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our information about power grid facilities is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to use. Much of the work takes place in our network information system (Trimble NIS), where we document, quality assure, and contribute to developing how we work with data and systems.
You'll also become an important support to colleagues throughout the organization—someone who helps others understand, use, and trust the information that's critical for planning, operating, and developing the power grid.
In short: you create structure in complex information and make it usable—every day.
Who Are You?
You preferably have a technical education with an electrical focus, or equivalent experience that we deem comparable.
We'd love it if you have experience from the power grid sector, but you're welcome to apply even if you're early in your career—we offer support and excellent opportunities for development.
Experience with NIS/GIS systems is also a plus. You express yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and you have strong English skills, both spoken and written.
You're interested in technology and systems, and you find it stimulating to work at the intersection of IT and power grid operations. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and collaboratively, and where you can support colleagues with questions about documentation and system usage.
We believe you enjoy creating structure and order in complex information. You're thorough and detail-oriented, while at the same time understanding the bigger picture and how information is used in the business.
As a person, you're curious and development-oriented. You want to improve working methods, contribute to higher quality, and aren't afraid to take initiative when something can be done better.
The position requires a valid driver's license (category B) and Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance).
