Do you want to work with mission-critical systems where your documentation actually makes a difference? At Aiab, you'll have a central role in ensuring that our backup power solutions work, not just in theory, but in reality when it truly matters. We're now looking for a meticulous and pedagogical technical documentarian who wants to help create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our systems, from installation to operation and maintenance. Your Role As a technical documentarian at our company, you'll serve as the link between technology and users. You'll transform complex information into structured and easily accessible material that enables technicians, operations personnel, and decision-makers to work safely, efficiently, and correctly. The work involves developing and further enhancing technical documentation in the form of manuals, installation instructions, user guides, and maintenance materials. You're responsible for ensuring that the content maintains high quality and meets relevant standards and requirements, such as ISO, CE, and the Energy Agency's guidelines. An important part of the role is close collaboration with the business. You'll gather and quality-assure technical information together with installers, engineers, operations and service technicians, and project managers. At the same time, you'll structure documentation workflows and ensure that materials are handled correctly throughout their entire lifecycle – from creation to version control and publishing. You'll adapt documentation to the needs of the target audience and contribute to projects with a clear user perspective, which also helps us develop both our work methods and our technical solutions. The role also involves translating technical content between Swedish and English when needed, and ensuring consistent terminology. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, clarity, and quality are paramount. You have solid experience with technical documentation and a strong ability to grasp complex technical contexts and make them understandable. You're accustomed to working in document management systems and feel confident managing documents throughout their entire lifecycle. You also have an understanding of relevant standards and work systematically to ensure that documentation meets specified requirements. Since the role involves many contact points, you're someone who enjoys collaborating with others. You're communicative, attentive, and have a solution-oriented work approach. You have excellent command of both Swedish and English in speech and writing, and can switch between languages with good terminological precision. It's a merit if you have experience from the power sector, industrial environments, or work with backup power systems. Why Aiab Energy?
