About the Position
We're looking for an engaged sales associate who enjoys working with people and has experience with practical or mechanical work. You need to be comfortable tinkering, turning screws, repairing, or building—through work, education, or personal projects. Experience in customer service, sales, order handling, or technical retail is a plus, but we place great importance on your personality, technical interest, and willingness to learn.
As a sales associate, you're an important contact for our customers. You help them find the right products and solutions based on their needs and use your practical and technical understanding to provide good service and guidance. The work also involves receiving and processing orders, keeping products organized, and ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and welcoming.
Your Profile
We'd like you to be a service-oriented and responsible person who enjoys helping others. You're curious, solution-focused, and quick to learn new products and technical solutions. You don't need to know everything from the start—what matters most is that you have a genuine technical interest and a willingness to learn.
We believe you'll thrive working both independently and with others and appreciate a work environment where no two days are the same. Most importantly, we think you enjoy interacting with people and find it rewarding when your practical knowledge helps a customer find the right solution.
