We are now looking for a Planner & Procurement Specialist who wants to be an important part of our production flow and help ensure that the right materials, substrates, and conditions are in place before production begins.
About the Role
This is an operational role with a primary focus on technical planning.
You are responsible for developing and quality-assuring production documentation so that production has the right conditions to deliver with the correct quality and precision.
As part of the role, you are also responsible for customer-specific procurement related to the items you plan. This involves ongoing contact with a small number of suppliers to ensure deliveries.
You become an important link between customer, suppliers, and production and work closely with other functions within the company.
Supplier visits occur as a natural part of the position.
What a Day Looks Like for Us
A typical day is about creating the right conditions for production.
You start the day by reviewing incoming customer documentation. Then you work on planning items, creating and quality-assuring production documentation, and ensuring that all files and drawings are ready for production.
As part of the work, you are also responsible for customer-specific procurement for some customers. You therefore maintain ongoing contact with suppliers to ensure that the right products and materials are in place at the right time.

Responsibilities
Plan items for production
Develop and quality-assure production documentation
Handle customer documentation and technical drawings
Work in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant systems
Ensure that documentation functions in production
Manage customer-specific procurement
Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers
Conduct supplier visits as needed
Collaborate with different functions within the company to ensure quality and delivery
We Believe You Have
Experience in technical planning or production planning
Good technical understanding
Experience reading and working with technical drawings
Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar drawing/layout programs is a merit
Experience in production-related work
Experience in procurement or supplier contacts is a merit
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
