About the position Karolinska University Hospital has the mandate to manage and develop Region Stockholm's and Region Gotland's new shared system support for deviations (for example, deviations in healthcare, work environment, environment, laboratory operations, and patient care). The system support also handles patients'/citizens' feedback and improvement suggestions. Work is now underway to prepare the implementation of our new system support and to establish the management organization. As a technical specialist, you will participate in the system implementation and lead the technical management work. You are responsible for ensuring a technically stable and secure product, work closely with suppliers, and are an expert in the management area's technology. Experience with technical management, system integration, and configuration Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Meritorious: Experience with IT support in deviation management or case management, particularly meritorious with experience from iFacts, Marval MSM, or ServiceNow Experience with support and management work according to ITIL or similar frameworks Good understanding of relevant standards and regulations such as the Patient Safety Act, Patient Data Act, GDPR, Work Environment Act, and AFS Experience working with IT environments in public operations, particularly meritorious with experience from healthcare or Region Stockholm.
