Job Description
As a project manager, you will have a key role in the company's development and become an important part of long-term relationships between customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing projects throughout the entire process, from inquiry to established manufacturing process. You will build a strong understanding of the business, lead the implementation of new products, and have overall responsibility for technical development, delivery, and budget. When needed, you will also support the sales department with tasks such as cost calculations.
You work in a structured manner, ensure timelines and quality, and can maintain order even when projects are complex and multiple elements are moving simultaneously. Your ability to engage and motivate others is an important factor in achieving your and the organization's goals.
We are looking for someone who
Has engineering education or equivalent expertise
Is organized, builds trust easily, communicates so others understand, and ensures everyone in the project is well informed
Has a business-oriented mindset and is clear and confident in your professional role
Is curious about new technology and comfortable taking responsibility
Has experience with technical projects (experience in cutting machining is a merit)
Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
