We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, transforming complex information into clear instructions, and making technology easier to understand and use. You might work as an engineer, technician, quality engineer, trainer, project manager, or specialist in a technical field. Perhaps you're already the person tasked with documenting work methods, describing processes, or helping others understand how products and systems work. Regardless of your path into the profession, we believe the right person has a strong technical understanding, an interest in communication, and the ability to make complicated things understandable. As a technical writer, you'll help our customers create and improve technical information for products, systems, and operations. You'll work closely with engineers, developers, specialists, and users to gather knowledge and transform it into user-friendly documentation. You may work with: Technical documentation and manuals Work instructions and process descriptions Service documentation and maintenance instructions Requirements and system documentation Digital information solutions Structuring and quality assurance of information Our customers operate in industry, defense, telecom, energy, and other technology-intensive sectors. Strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in technology, IT, natural sciences, language, or other relevant field. Ability to structure and convey information in a clear and pedagogical manner. Personal Skills, Qualities, and Experience Who Are You? You're curious and enjoy learning new things. You find it easy to create structure and order in complex information. You communicate clearly in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. You have post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in technology, IT, natural sciences, language, or another area we consider relevant. It's a plus if you have experience with: Technical documentation or user documentation Training, instructions, or knowledge transfer Process or quality work Requirements management or system documentation XML, DITA, or CMS systems S1000D or Simplified Technical English (STE) Experience from the defense, industrial, energy, or manufacturing sector We welcome applicants with different backgrounds. For example, you might have experience in technology, production, maintenance, quality, system development, training, or documentation.
