We continue to grow and are now recruiting a technician for our Stockholm Syd facility! Here you will work practically with the installation of vehicle interiors and accessories in commercial vehicles - in a varied role where you get to work hands-on with vehicles, technology and customized solutions. You don't need extensive experience - you'll become part of a team with experienced colleagues who will support you in your development. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a drive to learn, and the will to get the job done. Your role as a technician with us As a technician with us, you get practical and varied work where you install and assemble vehicle interiors and accessories in commercial vehicles - from standard solutions to more customized customer projects. You work installing products in and on customers' vehicles, mainly commercial vehicles and pickups. The work includes assembling interiors, extra lights, work lighting, roof equipment and pickup accessories. The role is hands-on and varied, where you work with multiple different tasks and clearly see the results of what you do. As you develop, you gradually take on larger customer projects and more advanced installations - always with support from your team. To succeed in the role, you will receive thorough induction, become certified in our working methods, and develop continuously through our internal competence development program WS Academy. Maybe you recognize yourself in something like this: You have a strong interest in vehicles and like to tinker in your spare time You have installed extra lights and want to develop further within 12V You have technical knowledge and are used to working practically You have previously worked as a service technician, technician, mechanic, panel beater, damage repair specialist or similar. Experience from the body shop industry is desirable, but not required. If you have the right attitude, a technical interest and the desire to learn, you will go far with us! The position requires a category B driving license (manual) and that you have fluent spoken and written Swedish. What do you get with us? Practical information Location: Stockholm Syd, (Hägersten) Scope: Full-time, permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period) Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 (flexible) Start: By agreement Salary: Fixed salary + profit sharing, pension and insurance according to agreement Salary range: 29,000 SEK - 31,000 SEK Benefits: Training via WS Academy, wellness allowance, wellness time, health-promoting activities, summer activities, Christmas parties and world-class team activities 🎉 The role may, if necessary, involve travel to other of our facilities around the country. During certain periods you may support where the need is greatest, which means that work at another location may occur.
