You, Us & The Job As a technician, you'll have a crucial role in ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of our production equipment and machines. You'll be part of a team that together is responsible for maintaining stable operational reliability of the production equipment. Daytime work, with on-call availability for evenings and nights as needed. What You'll Do Independently and as part of a team, perform preventive and corrective maintenance work to keep our production in top condition Continuous work on improvement maintenance Conduct troubleshooting and secure both short-term and long-term solutions for urgent maintenance Identify and communicate improvement suggestions within the maintenance area Participate in planning and preparation of maintenance activities Reporting in the maintenance system Spectec Amos Who You Are Thorough and safety-conscious, with experience working according to applicable regulations and standards Results-oriented & responsible: You constantly work towards achieving and exceeding set goals Stress-resilient: You handle time pressure and work methodically and efficiently Proactive: Forward-thinking and willing to solve challenges, today and tomorrow You have good ability to work both independently and as part of a team To thrive in this role, it's important that you have a problem-solving mindset and can handle both acute situations and long-term projects You're unique: We place great value on your personal qualities What You Bring Experience from a similar role, such as maintenance technician or operations technician, where you've built solid knowledge in electrical, automation, and mechanical systems Technical post-secondary education in maintenance, mechanics, electrical, data, automation or equivalent industrial experience Strong and genuine interest in technology Ability to read and understand technical documentation in both Swedish and English You enjoy working in an IT environment, have computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Why We Exist PostNord is one of Sweden's oldest and largest companies and we have an important mission to ensure postal services to businesses and individuals throughout Sweden.
