Would you like to combine technology, analysis, and improvement work in a business-critical role? We're now looking for a technician who wants to help develop the future of maintenance.
The sustainable transformation begins with us

You collaborate closely with mechanics, supervisors, production, and other maintenance functions to ensure high availability of critical equipment. By analyzing maintenance data, identifying root causes, and driving improvement initiatives, you contribute to fewer operational disruptions, lower costs, and more reliable maintenance. The role focuses primarily on long-term development of working methods and strategies, but also involves solving acute and complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies
Conduct failure and root cause analyses
Drive improvement and development projects
Monitor key performance indicators for availability, quality, and cost
Support planning and preparation of maintenance work
Participate in investments, reconstructions, and technical investigations
Ensure documentation, instructions, and maintenance plans
Contribute to standardization of working methods and technical solutions
Participate in risk assessments and occupational health and safety work
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and has a strong interest in technology and improvement work. You thrive in a role where you can combine problem-solving, analysis, and collaboration with many different functions.
In addition to this, you also have:
A degree in mechanical engineering, maintenance engineering, production engineering, or equivalent
Experience in industrial maintenance or other technical operations
Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and facility maintenance
Experience with improvement work and problem-solving
Good knowledge of Office 365
