Smart Parkering Sverige AB is now seeking a skilled technician/sign installer for our assignments in Stockholm and surrounding areas. Job Information: Working as a technician at Smart Parkering means maintaining parking areas and garages. This position suits you if you are technically minded and preferably have previous experience in the parking industry, real estate industry, or similar work, and enjoy extensive outdoor work. You should also be good at collaborating with other positions and customers. The position is full-time and begins with a trial period of 6 months. The work is based from one of our offices in Hallunda or Järfälla, and upon employment you will receive internal training in systems and work methods. The position requires occasional business travel and is scheduled as standard Monday-Friday 07-16 or 08-17 but may vary depending on the nature and location of assignments. We apply individual salary setting according to collective agreement in the range of 30,000 - 38,000 kr/month. Examples of Tasks: Sign installation and removal Line painting Ordering and invoice handling within area of responsibility Inventory and handling of warehouse and materials Administration, e.g. written documentation of ordered and completed services Ongoing communication with internal and external parties Qualifications: Valid manual B driver's license for at least 2 years Good knowledge of Office suite Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Experience from the parking industry and LKOP is an asset Other languages and education are assets We believe you will thrive if you are: Self-driven Organized Solution-oriented Technically minded Responsible Quality-conscious Flexible Otherwise, we believe you are motivated by doing good work and being a good representative for Smart Parkering Sverige AB.
