This position is located in Karlskrona. About the Job As an HVAC technician, you will work with the operation, supervision, service, and maintenance of building technical installations. You are an important part of ensuring that our facilities function optimally for patients, staff, and visitors. The work is varied and involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Examples of work tasks: * Perform minor HVAC installations and renovation and extension work * Service, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems * Replacement and maintenance of valves, pumps, fittings, and other components * Supervision and maintenance of heating, water, and sanitation systems * Participate in developing and improving procedures for operation and maintenance * Document completed work and report deviations * Collaborate with customers, contractors, and suppliers About You We are looking for someone with a secondary education focused on HVAC or equivalent competence that the employer deems equivalent. For this position, you must have: * At least three years of experience working as an HVAC installer, service technician, or repair technician * Good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience * B-class driver's license It is an advantage if you have experience working in facilities management or technical maintenance of large properties. As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You are comfortable working both independently and with others, and you have an easy way of building good relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You have the ability to plan and prioritize your work and an interest in technical development and improvement work. Great weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
