What does the role involve? As a Parking Systems Technician, you will work with operation, maintenance, and development of technical systems for parking and bus and taxi traffic at Arlanda Airport. The role encompasses both practical and administrative work and includes troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment configuration, and work with various software for monitoring and controlling our facilities.
Your tasks will include:
Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs
Preventive maintenance and daily rounds
Configuration, commissioning, and monitoring of technical systems
Work with equipment such as entry machines, barriers, ANPR cameras, traffic lights, control systems, bus and taxi readers, RF readers, radio communication, real-time signs, and operational monitoring systems
Basic network troubleshooting
Administrative tasks, such as ordering, documentation, case management, and meetings
Technical support and advice on our facilities and systems to other relevant departments
Improvement work and development projects
This is a daytime position with working hours Monday to Friday.
Who are you? We are looking for someone with:
At least three years of professional experience in technical work, for example within electronics, mechanics, troubleshooting, repair, or configuration of technical equipment
Upper secondary school education
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills
B-class driver's license
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
Business or case management systems
Networks, control systems, and configuration of technical equipment
Barriers, traffic lights, access systems, or similar equipment
