Education: First-level higher education in telecommunications or information technology specialty 2. Professional knowledge and skills: minimum 2 years of experience in the information technology field; Job Responsibilities: Acquire, master, and implement software and technical solutions of information systems. Perform installation, administration, and updates of servers and network services in accordance with instructions. Administer and monitor the operation of authorization, authentication, and electronic messaging exchange services. Create new user accounts in information systems, close old user accounts, and delegate user rights in accordance with established procedures. Install, configure, and administer network switching equipment. Perform troubleshooting in collaboration with software and technical solution developers. Conduct analysis of server and network service operations. Acquire, master, and implement software and technical solutions for information system protection. Monitor and administer information system protection solutions and conduct analysis of their operation. When necessary, provide on-site technical support for communications and information systems.
