No. 90010478153 (hereinafter – Center) WE INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION: Technical Specialist (1 full-time position) MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION: Perform repair work and ensure supervision and maintenance of the territory at the Center's managed facilities. Participate in facility maintenance, building interior and exterior repair processes, installation of inventory, furniture, and other goods, perform minor repairs to premises and equipment, and relocate inventory. Prepare sports fields before and after games. Prepare necessary equipment according to the department manager's instructions. Perform technical maintenance work at facilities owned by the Center, including raking leaves, clearing snow, collecting waste from access roads, mowing grass, and performing other simple seasonal maintenance work. Use complex and hazardous equipment (lawn mowers, high-pressure water washing devices, etc.) for work, perform maintenance within your competence, and provide recommendations to the department manager for repair work. Ability to independently determine work priorities; REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Secondary specialized (technical) education is desired; Ability to work with machinery and electrical equipment; Ability to work in a team, discipline, accuracy, and sense of responsibility, willingness to improve professional qualifications; Work experience in similar duties is desired for at least 2 years; Perform all maintenance repair work at all facilities managed by the institution within your competence.
