Main responsibilities will be: to be responsible for the Museum's energy supply, compliance with electrical safety requirements in the Museum's buildings and premises, monitor and be responsible for the technical condition of the Museum's electrical installations in accordance with regulatory acts and eliminate non-compliance; perform maintenance, assembly inspection of the Museum's electrical equipment and electrical lines, determine their technical condition, prepare technical recommendations; plan the purchase of electrical goods and materials necessary for the Museum in accordance with regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Latvia and the Museum; be responsible for the verification of technical means and devices used in electrical work, perform marking of electrical instruments, record-keeping; perform necessary electrical installation engineering network installation and other repair work necessary for the Museum related to museum operations; perform loading, unloading, and transportation of exhibits, ensure and be responsible for their safety during transportation; operate vehicles, ensure transportation of museum staff and small cargo for Museum needs; perform necessary loading, unloading, and moving work of museum exhibits and household inventory. Requirements: technical education; electrical safety "C" qualification group permit; previous experience working with electrical equipment and knowledge of applicable regulatory acts governing the operation of electrical networks; ability to respond promptly and make decisions in problem situations and responsible attitude toward work duties; good cooperation and communication skills when working as a team; Category B driver's license; computer skills at experienced user level.
