Requirements for candidates:
Technical higher education;
Latvian language proficiency level B2;
At least one year of practical work experience;
Certificate - responsible person for gas management;
Certificate - low-pressure boiler equipment operator;
Health status and psychological characteristics meet the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 219 of 10.03.2009 "Procedure for Mandatory Health Examination");
Very good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), ability to work with office equipment;
Ability to plan and organize own work, execute tasks in priority order;
Good communication skills, high psychological resilience;
Ability to work both in a team and individually;
High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work in high-intensity conditions.
Duties:
Responsible for the technical condition of boiler equipment (understand and follow boiler room technological processes, report on repair needs (materials, maintenance work));
Responsible for the facility's energy supply and compliance with electrical safety requirements, including organizing the operation of all equipment at the facility's substation, understanding operational switching schemes and cable diagrams and performing switching when necessary for preventive or repair work;
Monitor heating and ventilation systems, ensuring their proper operation, organize necessary maintenance and repairs, monitor resource consumption;
Monitor water supply and sewage systems, ensuring their proper operation, organize necessary maintenance and repairs, monitor resource consumption;
Supervise work in economic sections;
Responsible for the operation of the facility's motor vehicles, tractors, and other fuel-consuming equipment.
