We are now seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer who will primarily work with our WizePass Engineering Team, but also contribute to the development and technical platform of OneGate. This is a key role for you if you want to combine software development, Linux, DevOps, cloud technology, and technical customer engagement in an innovative company with international clients. About the Role As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be part of our Engineering organization and work closely with our systems developers throughout the entire product lifecycle – from development and testing to delivery, operations, and further development. You will contribute to the development of our products while ensuring that our technical platforms function efficiently and that customers and partners receive qualified technical support when advanced issues arise. You will have a central role in translating technical requirements into sustainable solutions and serve as the link between development, technology, and customers. Responsibilities Participate in the development of WizePass and OneGate alongside our systems developers. Develop internal tools, integrations, and automation solutions. Build, configure, and maintain development, test, and production environments. Work with AWS, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of new features. Participate in technical deliveries, installations, and upgrades at customer and partner sites. Take responsibility for our Linux, container, and cloud platforms. Handle incoming technical requests and ensure rapid and professional responses. Troubleshoot complex technical problems and drive them to resolution in close collaboration with the development team. Contribute to improved documentation, knowledge bases, and internal processes. Participate in the development of our DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment solutions. We are looking for someone who has Requirements At least five years of documented professional experience with Linux. Very strong knowledge of: AWS OpenStack Docker Kubernetes Terraform Ansible Python Bash Experience with automation, container platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure. Good programming practices and strong interest in software development. Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems. A structured work approach and good collaboration skills. Merits Very strong English skills, both spoken and written. Spanish language skills. Experience developing in Java or Rust. Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab and CI/CD. Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases. Experience with PKI, certificate management, and Linux Security Hardening. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, or Active Directory. Experience with technical deliveries and implementations for enterprise customers. Experience with incident management, IT Service Management, or ITIL Foundation. Experience working with cybersecurity, IAM, or authentication solutions. Who Are You?
