About the Role As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will become a specialist in Melbye's emergency lighting solutions within the electrical business area. You will work at the intersection of technology, project management, and sales, where you are responsible for supporting customers with technical advice, project design, and business development. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities and projects. The role involves close collaboration with the Product Manager, Business Manager, customer service, and colleagues in both Sweden and Norway. Example Responsibilities Design and provide technical advice for emergency lighting solutions Develop and maintain existing customer relationships Identify and pursue new customers and projects Conduct customer visits and build long-term partnerships Develop solution proposals based on customer needs and applicable regulations Collaborate with distributors, contractors, consultants, property managers, and end users Work with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction The role involves travel within Sweden and some annual trips to Norway. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and who is motivated by building and developing relationships. You are curious, engaged, and thrive in an environment where you can combine analytical work with customer meetings. We believe you have: Experience from the electrical industry, for example as an electrician, technician, designer, or similar. Alternatively, relevant education in electrical or technical fields Interest in—or experience with—emergency lighting and safety products Are independent, well-organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team Have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers Hold a class B driver's license and are willing to travel for work when needed Speak Swedish fluently, both orally and in writing, and have good English skills We also welcome applications from recent graduates with the right drive and interest.
