We are now seeking a Team Leader for a well-established operation in the food industry. As a Team Leader, you will be an important part of daily operations and play a central role in leading the team, creating structure, and ensuring that logistics run efficiently from start to finish. You work closely with your team and are a natural point of contact in daily work. The role is operational and you are expected to be present in the facility, support your colleagues, and be ready to pitch in when needed.
You will have an important role in ensuring that the right things are done at the right time and that work maintains a high level of quality, efficiency, and organization. You handle situations that arise during the day, reprioritize when needed, and ensure that the team has the right conditions to succeed.
You will also collaborate with other parts of the operation to create as smooth a workflow as possible. For the right person, there are good opportunities to help develop both work methods and the team.
Your Profile
Requirements
• Experience working in warehouse, logistics, or other production-related operations
• Previous experience leading, delegating, or coordinating work
• Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Meritorious:
• Experience from the food industry or similar operations
You are confident, clear, and responsible. You communicate and collaborate well with others and thrive in a role where you can take initiative and make decisions. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy working close to the operations.
