Now you have the chance to be part of developing social services' support for young people and families. Through various support initiatives, we strengthen the youth and their networks' own resources so they can manage without social services' support. We also develop initiatives that do not require a decision from social services. This provides more flexible and individually tailored solutions. At our resource units, we work with children and young people aged 0–20 years and their families. Here, family therapists, counselors, and team leaders work together. This means you always have close support in your work. You become part of a competent and engaged work team where collaboration is a natural part of daily operations. Right now we are developing our resource units to create a more equitable way of working and a common direction. The units will continue to work based on the target groups children and youth respectively, while collaboration between the units becomes even closer. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES As a team leader, you lead, inspire, and guide family therapists and counselors, both individually and in groups. You distribute and prioritize assignments and conduct regular case reviews with each team member. With your expertise, you help ensure the quality of implementation and documentation. Through your situationally adapted leadership, you contribute to both your employees' personal development and the team's collective development. You are part of the unit's management team that meets once a week to plan operations, coordinate work, and support each other. You also work closely with other team leaders within the social services administration and with other departments. You are an important part of systematic quality work and contribute to developing operations. You drive improvement and change initiatives and help develop working methods and approaches based on the operations' needs and goals. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work or behavioral science and experience working within social services. We would like you to have experience in a leadership role where you have led individuals and groups. It is a merit if you have completed leadership training. A B-class driver's license is required for the position. You are a confident and engaged leader who creates participation and engagement in the work team. You have a coaching approach and support your team members in their development while creating conditions for them to succeed in their assignments. You work calmly, methodically, and systematically, even when the pace is high or multiple issues need to be handled simultaneously. You take your own initiative, drive development work forward, and work independently within your area of responsibility. As a leader, you don't need to have answers to everything, but you are confident in leading, making decisions, and creating good conditions for the team to reach common goals.
